Bill Scerra
Bill was a founder of LTS in 1988. In addition to developing and teaching courses, he has extensive experience in building reports. Bill has a keen interest in e-Learning and distance education, and works with tools like Authorware and Captivate to create learning materials. He has been training and consulting in the high-tech industry for over 25 years.
Prior to LTS, Bill was Director of Education at Stratus Computer, where he managed a training staff in multiple locations around the world. He was a course developer and instructor at Stratus, where he received the President's Award for excellence. Bill also has been a senior developer and instructor in Honeywell's computer systems division. He earned a bachelor's degree in english and a master's degree in education from Boston College.
Rob Larson
Rob was a founder of LTS in 1988. Rob develops and teaches courses for LTS and works with programming and scripting to provide tools for customers. He has been training and consulting in technical areas for over 25 years.
Previously, Rob was a developer, instructor, and manager at Honeywell's programmable terminal operations. He held several positions at Prime Computer, including teaching and managing the training program for new systems engineers, and managing the Prime Education Network for remote offices. Rob started the education function at Stratus Computer and directed it for four years. He has also been a director in the marketing department at Stratus. Rob received a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Harvard College and a master's degree in mathematics from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell.
